Marinated Beef Tenderloin with Tarragon Butter: 7.5.2009

A couple weeks back Ramzi made a beef tenderloin dish from a Williams-Sonoma cookbook. (page 63 in case you’re curious) Here is the picture from the book (thank you Amazon.com):

The beef was grilled very nicely and served with grilled zucchini kabobs and brown rice. The tarragon butter was awesome. Which version looks better?
