Wednesday night I went to Geisha for dinner with my friends (who are also regulars here). It was my first time trying their Korean food, and I have to say I liked it a lot. I got the dolsot bibimbap, and we ordered a pa jun for the table. I didn’t think it possible, but Geisha has gotten better in my mind because now I can get sushi and/or Korean food–whatever my little heart desires!

I went home over the weekend to see my parents, and we decided to have lunch at Bethany Seafood, since we hadn’t been there in over a month. (*gasp*).
I always love that if you leave a layer of rice at the bottom, the stone pot is so hot it continues to fry the rice while you eat and at the end it’s nice and crispy. It’s literally a rice crispy treat, haha.
